First name, year group, school (optional), responses to the activities, the results we calculate, and consent records. Where a parent is involved, their name, relationship and (optional) email.
To produce a personalised learning profile and study program, and to have it reviewed by a registered psychologist. Optionally, and only with separate opt-in consent, de-identified responses may be used to research and improve the tool.
Securely, on servers located in Australia (Australian data residency).
The student, and a registered psychologist who reviews the results. We never sell personal information. We don’t share it with a school unless you opt in.
You can ask to access, correct or delete the information, and you can withdraw at any time.
